 2, gypsum manufacturing plant workingprinciple:

 

Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher tothe size required, then elevated into a hopper from which thematerial is transported through the electro-magnetic vibratingfeeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber forpowder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ringbecause of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up thematerials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers toaccomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will berecycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber forregrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone andpoured out through the output-powder pipe as the finalproducts.
